1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, undamaged footwear
- Items with original tags attached
- Products in original packaging
- Purchases made directly through votreanimals.com
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Worn or soiled shoes
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Customized/personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items without proof of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select items for return
- Print prepaid return label (US only)
- Ship within 14 days of authorization
4. Return Conditions
All returned items must:
- Be in resalable condition
- Include original packaging
- Have all protective sole coverings intact
- Not show signs of wear or damage
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 7-10 business days
- Credited to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- International duties/taxes not refundable
6. Exchange Policy
For size exchanges:
- Return original items following standard process
- Place new order for desired size/style
- Contact us for price protection if applicable
7. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive defective merchandise:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos/video evidence
- We’ll email a prepaid return label
- Choose replacement or full refund
8. International Returns
Additional requirements:
- Customer pays return shipping
- Must include customs documentation
- Allow 2-3 weeks for processing
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
9. Holiday Policy Extension
Special return window:
- Purchases November 15-December 31
- Eligible for return until January 31
- Standard return conditions apply

- Retaining return receipt
- Allowing 5 days for processing after delivery
